Get into groups of 3
Fill a 400 mL beaker approximately half full
Get a plastic scoop.
Go to Mr. Bair and get a sample
Wait till the count of three
Drop your sample into the water. If it sticks to the scoop, drop the scoop.
You can resuse the water and scoop unless you drop it in the water.
If you drop the scoop, Turn on the water at the sink, Empty the beaker in the sink. Throw away the scoop and get a new one
After the third reaction Mr Bair will clean the counters, and tell you when it is ok to clean the beakers out. Follow the above procedure to clean your area.
